How it works
Every project is guided chapter by chapter, so you always know which part of the work you are approving.
Chapter One — Concept & Development. Site measure, programming and concept. Layout refinement, architectural and material direction, preliminary drawings, contractor coordination.
Chapter Two — Construction & Site Management. Design oversight on site, clarification of intent, contractor question review, decision support while the work is being built.
Chapter Three — Procurement & Purchasing. Trade sourcing and pricing, vendor coordination, order placement, logistics, damage resolution, storage and delivery scheduling.
Chapter Four — Handover & Installation. Install coordination, styling, final placement, punch items and close-out — through to the final styled shot.
